This school year I embarked on a new journey: I became a First Grade Teacher! My prior years as a resource teacher helped me, but it was still quite the experience! I told a friend earlier in the year that I had never seen so much snot before :) I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my first grade kiddos and I know this is the place I am supposed to be! Since I am unable to craft as much as I used to, I wanted to start a new blog to share some of the things I am making for my class, in hopes that another teacher can use them for their class.
We are currently reading a story relating to Space in Reading and studying patterns in Math, so I have made a "Make a Space Pattern" center. Click on each picture below to get the downloads. You will want to print 2 copies of the pattern cards so the kids will have enough to make the patterns. Hope you like it!

I SO know what you mean about not having time to do crafts. I love to sew and craft. Now that I teach . . . there isn't much time for it! I came across your blog on Pinterest :)
