Super EASY Literacy Centers! Seasonal, Holiday, and Special Days - Read It, Build It, Write It Work Mats.

On Friday afternoons (or even worse, Monday mornings), are you scrambling for a quick Word Work/Literacy Center to put out for the week?  If you want a highly engaging, but SUPER EASY to implement center activity, you need to check this out!

You can make you OWN word cards to go with the mats!  This is GREAT for making cards for your weekly spelling lists, custom sight word lists, CVC or CVCe words, word families, blends, digraphs, phonics patterns, and MORE.

With the editable template you can make your cards ahead of time, organize them and they are ready to go when you need to pull out a quick literacy/word work center.  They are also super for RTI/Intervention time!

Holiday Centers!

Well, the countdown is on!  13 more school days until winter break for us!  This is a busy time for planning...things you HAVE to do, things you WANT to do (have to sneak those in!).  I talk about about Christmas, Santa, etc... in our classroom.  The students would anyway if I didn't.  I am very sensitive to students that don't celebrate but also sort of feel that they need to have the "schema" so it's not a forbidden subject in my class.  I know some schools or teachers don't like to get into that it therefore celebrate "holidays".  That's understandable.  Anyway, I've got both covered for you :)  I have a Christmas Read, Trace, Write and Draw and a December Read, Write, Trace and Draw.  You can use either (if you don't do "Christmas" in your classroom) or both!  Get BOTH of these for only $1.00 at Teachers Pay Teachers!
