The designs are free, but you have to make the shirts :) Don't worry - it's SUPER easy!!! All you need are white t-shirts and t-shirt transfer paper. I got a pack of three heavyweight t-shirts at Michaels. I used a coupon and just paid a few bucks. You can get the transfer paper at Walmart, Target, Staples, etc....
I have the images all ready to print onto the transfer paper - the images have to be flipped (mirror image) to transfer properly so print them out just the way they are! I teach First grade but I added some Kindergarten, Second and Third grade designs too!
Click on the image below to download the printable. Here is the 100th Day printable:
Also, if you are looking for some great activities for the 100th day of school, I have both of these items in my store for ONLY $1.00! Click on the pictures to check them out!

Just added Third grade for you :)
ReplyDeleteThese are great. I hate to ask but could you add one for our Pre-K teachers? My HS students are going to make these as a gift for our elementary mentors and I'd hate to leave Pre-K out.
DeleteCould you possibly make one for Special Ed ? I would appreciate it soooo much !!
DeleteIt should already be flipped (mirror image). I checked it and it appears that way to me - check it again and let me know if something happened to it.
ReplyDeleteSo simple! You are wonderful! :) How do they hold up when you wash them?
ReplyDeleteWash inside out in cold. I try to remember to hang them dry (I've made some before), but sometimes forget. The dryer can make the image crack after awhile. They do fade over time. They last a good while though :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful idea! THANKS!!!!
ReplyDeletecould you post a 4th grade. This is an amazing idea.
ReplyDeleteMrs. Gilchrist, do you happen to have the design not flipped? I was thinking of trying it on a dark shirt and I know the dark transfers don't have to be flipped. Thanks so much for doing these designs. You Rock!

ReplyDeleteJust added Fourth Grade and also added a link below the Fourth Grade Image that has the "unflipped" images :)
ReplyDeletethose are awesome :) cute outfits too
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for these! They're awesome!
ReplyDeleteThese are sooo cute! Unfortunately I teach TP (transitional primary)--does anyone know where there might be a TP site or blogger. I am new to this all! I don't know how much work this involves, but would you consider making a TP ricks transfer? Thanks, Fran
ReplyDeleteSuper excited to make the t-shirts. I just printed the kindergarten Rocks. The stencil seems smaller than the one first grade one in the photo. (I realize Kinder. is one long word vs. first grade is two words but it still seems smaller.) When printed Kinder. rocks measures approx. 4x6 is that correct or did I do something wrong?
ReplyDeletethanks~Amy in Alaska
Amy - That doesn't sound right. It should have printed on a full sheet (8.5 x 11). Did you download the pdf from google docs? I just tried it and it worked right for me. I'm thinking that you may have done something other that download the original pdf or if so, maybe google docs was on the fritz at the time (that happens occasionally).
ReplyDeleteTP Treasures - if you give me your e-mail I will send that to you.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for sharing these! I actually messed up my first one...note to self, double check to make sure it's not upside down :( oh well...But I did make 2 more for my teaching partners and I'm super excited to give them a back to school gift! Thanks again, I love how they turned out (well except for my messed up one :)
ReplyDeleteStacee
How kind of you to share! Awesome idea and can't wait to make one for my partner and one for myself!
ReplyDeleteHELP-Cannot find 4th grade unflipped?
ReplyDeleteCindy thank you, thank you so much for sending me the not flipped version. I decided to use your template and put it on bags for my teammates. What a wonderful surprise they got to welcome in this new year. I have a picture of what it looks like on my post. Thanks again for your creativity which helped to boost my teammates' spirit.:)
ReplyDeleteKinders on the Block

ReplyDeleteThese are so cute and would love to have one. Thanks for sharing. I also love you site and am a new follower. I teach Preschool. Is there any chance a Pre-K Rocks! shirt template could be made??? Thanks again,
Michelle
Is there anyway to get the 100th day to say Kindegarten instead of school? I thought it would be fun to do these for the class and let them all autograph each others that day....
ReplyDeleteYes, I will post it below the 5th Grade Rocks image.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much! Super excited to make these! :)
ReplyDeleteCheryl
Hi. I was curious if you would tell me how you get your images and text mirrored? I use Microsoft word 2007. Thanks SO much! :)

ReplyDeleteI can't wait to make them
I love these. Thanks so much for sharing. I was wondering how you got yours to look so good. I am using a transfer paper, but you can see all the white around it. Did you actually cut all around every little piece of the transfer paper or am I just using the wrong kind. This is my first try at this. :)
ReplyDeleteI teach Pre-K...what program did you use to make these? I would love to make a Pre-K rocks t-shirt:)
ReplyDeleteWore mine today. LOVED it!!! Thanks so much!! :)

ReplyDeletelovejunk@fnmmail.com
Thank you for sharing you talent. YOU ROCK!

ReplyDeleteI am not sure how I got to your blog but I am so glad I did. Thanks for sharing these wonderful decals. I made all of my students Yellow Field Trip shirts with our Tiger Logo on them and I also used the transfer paper. I was super easy and the students love to wear them. I am excited to make my own and wear it for field trips too. Thanks again.
ReplyDeleteMrs. Flickinger's Butterfly Oasis
Your designs are super cute!! Love them! How is it that I can't see the rectangular edge on your transfer paper? Did you cut out each letter?
ReplyDeleteNo, I just cut around the entire design - up to about a half inch.
DeleteWhat program did you use? I teach art...
ReplyDeletePublisher
DeleteLove this! Wish there was a School Counselors Rock!

ReplyDeleteShirts are super cute and can't wait to give them to my kids teachers. They will love them. Any way to do peace, love and cheer? My daughter and her bff cheer and they would love these. Super supper cute.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for sharing.
I am going to do this with my 4th grade class.. I was wondering if you could tell me the program you use so I can put the kids names on the back of their shirts or the school name? It is their last year in the elementary school and I want them to have something special.
ReplyDeleteI use Publisher :)
DeleteOkay, once you go to publisher to you click blank document and then place your picture on that template? Then I flip it?
DeleteHi, love your blog!!!!! I would like to know the font name of the 100th template its really cook, Thankssss.
ReplyDeleteIt is a font from lettering delights called giddy gingerbread.
DeleteI love the 100th day shirt!!! Thanks for sharing. I have one question, though. Yours looks flawless, like it was screen printed. When I ironed mine, it has a yellowish tone and you can see where the transfer paper is. Did I do something wrong? Thanks! I'm still wearing it! :)
ReplyDeleteI don't know. The only thing I could think of would be maybe you ironed too long and burnt it a little???
DeletePlease, please make the Happy 100th Day for Pre Kindergarten, Pre K Rocks! and peace, love, dance too!! ) I just moved from 1st to Pre K this year otherwise I would be in like flynn! Lol!! Please???
ReplyDeleteHow did you do the design? We are looking for ideas to design one for our 3rd grade testing?
ReplyDeleteI was searching for many blogs site and now finally I have got this cool place with lots of information.design your own t-shirt

I really wish you had a 100th day of school in primary colors, or something that my son would wear. I love your designs and am definitely making him one for 3rd grade. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteSometimes white t-shirts don't look nice, but the one in the pic does- my teaching partner is a little picky :) Do you know what brand of t-shirt you used for the first grade rocks pic? Thanks!!
ReplyDeleteAlicia
I got these at Michaels. They were in a pack of three shirts. This was two years ago though.....
ReplyDeleteSo I know this is a old post... But I love!!! I know you may be busy but is there a way you can make one for PRE-K??!?!? Pretty Please! I want to make class shirts for all my kids and team. Please let me know. Thanks
ReplyDeletegreat project! These are beautiful printed t-shirts. Every t-shirt is unique and has superb design. The coolest men's rock t-shirts on the planet of the sun.
ReplyDeletehipsoul
I love the 100th day and 1st grade iron ons but I was wondering if there was a way to get more then one on a page. I would like to make them smaller so that we could iron them on as a small side logo on a v-neck shirt? Thanks for sharing
ReplyDeleteLove your iron ons! I realize technically Lunch Ladies aren't part of the academic world, but wondering if you've ever designed a "lunch lady" iron on transfer for those of us who like to wear cute aprons in the cafeteria? Our kids love it when we wear cute stuff!
ReplyDeleteCan someone send me the un-flipped one? tonyawynette@yahoo.com
ReplyDeleteThanks :)
Love this but I can't seem to flip this when I go to print! HELP! Can anyone send me the un-flipped version? islandgirl2672@verison.net

Hi! I love the iron-on ideas-Do you happen to have PRE-K? And...would you mind sharing the volleyball. My daughter loves volleyball, I can never find t-shirts here-let me know. Don't mind paying for it
ReplyDeleteThis is such a darling idea! I'm a second grade teacher, and the 100th day of school is a big deal. It would be so fun to have a t shirt that was just for that day! Sure, I might only get to wear it once a year, but my students would love it!
